Shipping Policy of SSPS Logistics
Our shipping policy is designed to ensure the prompt and reliable delivery of your orders. We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard and express services, to meet your preferences. Delhivery and Xpressbees are our trusted delivery partners. Shipping costs are determined based on the weight and destination of the package.
Processing and Monitoring Orders
We aim to process orders promptly. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information for real-time updates on its delivery status. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that external factors may occasionally lead to delays.

Refunds And Cancellation:
- Lost Packages: Delivery/RTO fees will be reimbursed to the Seller's account if SSPS Logistics declares the package as lost.
- Service Termination: In the event of service termination, the Seller must notify the SSPS Logistics account team. The remaining miles will be processed as a cheque or demand draft, addressed to the company's registered name and sent to the registration address or any address provided during the account closure request.
- Non-Delivery Compensation: In case of non-delivery, SSPS Logistics will reimburse or refund any Cash on Delivery (COD) charges deducted from the Seller's Miles Account.
Estimated Delivery Time
Shipments are usually delivered seven to ten days after the date of manifestation.

We are open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
